A vulnerability, which was classified as critical, has been found in Linux Kernel up to 5.10.162/5.15.85/6.0.15/6.1.1. This issue affects the function qcom_cpufreq_hw_read_lut of the component cpufreq. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a memory leak vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-401. The product does not sufficiently track and release allocated memory after it has been used, which slowly consumes remaining memory. In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: cpufreq: qcom-hw: Fix memory leak in qcom_cpufreq_hw_read_lut() If "cpu_dev" fails to get opp table in qcom_cpufreq_hw_read_lut(), the program will return, resulting in "table" resource is not released.
