The weakness was released 10/09/2007 by Carsten Eiram with Secunia Research as MS07-057 (Website). The advisory is available at secunia.com. The public release was coordinated with the vendor. This vulnerability is traded as CVE-2007-3893 since 07/19/2007. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploitation doesn't require any form of authentication. Successful exploitation requires user interaction by the victim. Technical details are unknown but a private exploit is available.
