A vulnerability classified as critical was found in ChurchCRM up to 6.5.2. This vulnerability affects the function ReImport of the file eGive.php of the component POST Parameter Handler. The manipulation of the argument MissingEgive_FamID_ with an unknown input leads to a sql injection vulnerability. The CWE definition for the vulnerability is CWE-89. ChurchCRM is an open-source church management system. In versions prior to 6.5.3, a SQL injection vulnerability exists in the `eGive.php` file within the "ReImport" functionality. An authenticated user with finance privileges can execute arbitrary SQL queries by manipulating the `MissingEgive_FamID_...` POST parameter. This can lead to unauthorized data access, modification, or deletion within the database. Version 6.5.3 has a patch for the issue.
The advisory is available at github.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2025-68111 since 12/15/2025. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be initiated remotely. Additional levels of successful authentication are necessary for exploitation. Technical details are known, but there is no available exploit.
