Unspecified vulnerability in the vuidmice STREAMS modules in Sun Solaris 8, 9, and 10 allows local users with console (/dev/console) access to cause a denial of service ("unusable" system console) via unspecified vectors.
The bug was discovered 10/08/2007. The weakness was released 10/09/2007 with Sun (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at sunsolve.sun.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2007-5319 since 10/09/2007. The attack needs to be initiated within the local network.
