A vulnerability, which was classified as critical, has been found in xwiki-contrib macro-fullcalendar up to 2.4.4. This issue affects some unknown processing of the file Calendar.JSONService. XWiki Full Calendar Macro displays objects from the wiki on the calendar. Prior to version 2.4.5, users with the right to view the Calendar.JSONService page (including guest users) can exploit a SQL injection vulnerability by accessing database info or starting a DoS attack. This issue has been patched in version 2.4.5.

The advisory is shared at github.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2025-65091 since 11/17/2025. The exploitation is known to be easy. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation. Technical details are known, but no exploit is available. MITRE ATT&CK project uses the attack technique T1505 for this issue.
