A vulnerability was found in Docmost up to 0.23.x and classified as critical. This issue affects an unknown part of the file apps/server/src/integrations/import/utils/file.utils.ts of the component ZIP Import. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a path traversal vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-22. The product uses external input to construct a pathname that is intended to identify a file or directory that is located underneath a restricted parent directory, but the product does not properly neutralize special elements within the pathname that can cause the pathname to resolve to a location that is outside of the restricted directory. Docmost is an open-source collaborative wiki and documentation software. From 0.21.0 to before 0.24.0, Docmost is vulnerable to Arbitrary File Write via Zip Import Feature (ZipSlip). In apps/server/src/integrations/import/utils/file.utils.ts, there are no validation on filename. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.24.0.
