PHPGurukul Hospital Management System v4.0 contains a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability in the 'Add Doctor' module. This allows remote attackers to create arbitrary Doctor accounts (privileged users) by tricking an authenticated administrator into visiting a malicious page.
