Details
A vulnerability was found in devcode-it openstamanager up to 2.10.1. It has been declared as critical. This vulnerability affects an unknown part of the component GET Parameter Handler. The manipulation of the argument superselect['stato'] with an unknown input leads to a sql injection vulnerability. The CWE definition for the vulnerability is CWE-89. The product constructs all or part of an SQL command using externally-influenced input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special elements that could modify the intended SQL command when it is sent to a downstream component. As an impact it is known to affect confidentiality, integrity, and availability. CVE summarizes:
OpenSTAManager is an open source management software for technical assistance and invoicing. Prior to version 2.10.2, multiple AJAX select handlers in OpenSTAManager are vulnerable to Time-Based Blind SQL Injection through the options[stato] GET parameter. The user-supplied value is read from $superselect['stato'] and concatenated directly into SQL WHERE clauses as a bare expression, without any sanitization, parameterization, or allowlist validation. An authenticated attacker can inject arbitrary SQL statements to extract sensitive data from the database, including usernames, password hashes, financial records, and any other information stored in the MySQL database. This issue has been patched in version 2.10.2.
The advisory is shared for download at github.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2026-28805 since 03/03/2026. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be initiated remotely. There are known technical details, but no exploit is available. The MITRE ATT&CK project declares the attack technique as T1505.
