A vulnerability was found in ChurchCRM up to 7.0.x. It has been declared as critical. This vulnerability affects the function src of the file src/MemberRoleChange.php of the component PersonView Page. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a sql injection vulnerability. ChurchCRM is an open-source church management system. Prior to 7.1.0, the NewRole POST parameter in src/MemberRoleChange.php is used in an SQL query without proper integer validation, allowing authenticated users to inject arbitrary SQL. The attack requires an authenticated session with ManageGroups role, knowledge of a valid GroupID and PersonID (obtainable from GroupView or PersonView pages) This vulnerability is fixed in 7.1.0.
