The manipulation of the argument BASE with an unknown input leads to a file inclusion vulnerability. The CWE definition for the vulnerability is CWE-73. Multiple PHP remote file inclusion vulnerabilities in ClassWeb 2.03 and earlier allow remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code via a URL in the BASE parameter to (1) language.php and (2) phpadmin/survey.php.

The weakness was presented 03/22/2007 by GoLd_M (Website). The advisory is available at vupen.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2007-1640 since 03/23/2007. The exploitation appears to be easy.
