A vulnerability was found in Morcego CMS 0.9.6 (Content Management System). It has been rated as very critical. Affected by this issue is an unknown functionality of the file morcegocms.php. ** DISPUTED ** Multiple PHP remote file inclusion vulnerabilities in Morcego CMS 0.9.6 and earlier allow remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code via a URL in the (1) fichero parameter to morcegoCMS.php or the (2) path parameter to adodb/adodb.inc.php. NOTE: vector 1 has been disputed by a third party who shows that $fichero can not be controlled by an attacker.
The weakness was presented 03/30/2007 as not defined posting (Bugtraq). The advisory is available at securityfocus.com. This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2006-7181 since 03/29/2007. The exploitation is known to be easy. The attack may be launched remotely. No form of authentication is required for exploitation. Technical details are known, but there is no available exploit.
