CVSS Meta Temp Score
CVSS is a standardized scoring system to determine possibilities of attacks. The Temp Score considers temporal factors like disclosure, exploit and countermeasures. The unique Meta Score calculates the average score of different sources to provide a normalized scoring system.
Current Exploit Price (≈)
Our analysts are monitoring exploit markets and are in contact with vulnerability brokers. The range indicates the observed or calculated exploit price to be seen on exploit markets. A good indicator to understand the monetary effort required for and the popularity of an attack.
CTI Interest Score
Our Cyber Threat Intelligence team is monitoring different web sites, mailing lists, exploit markets and social media networks. The CTI Interest Score identifies the interest of attackers and the security community for this specific vulnerability in real-time. A high score indicates an elevated risk to be targeted for this vulnerability.

Detailsinfo

A vulnerability was found in Linux Kernel up to 6.18.21/6.19.11. It has been rated as critical. Affected by this issue is the function amdgpu_userq_get_doorbell_index of the component amdgpu. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a allocation of resources vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-770. The product allocates a reusable resource or group of resources on behalf of an actor without imposing any restrictions on the size or number of resources that can be allocated, in violation of the intended security policy for that actor. The impact remains unknown. CVE summarizes:

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/amdgpu: validate doorbell_offset in user queue creation amdgpu_userq_get_doorbell_index() passes the user-provided doorbell_offset to amdgpu_doorbell_index_on_bar() without bounds checking. An arbitrarily large doorbell_offset can cause the calculated doorbell index to fall outside the allocated doorbell BO, potentially corrupting kernel doorbell space. Validate that doorbell_offset falls within the doorbell BO before computing the BAR index, using u64 arithmetic to prevent overflow.
