Details
A vulnerability classified as critical has been found in Dragonmonk111 junoclaw. Affected is an unknown part. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a os command injection vulnerability. CWE is classifying the issue as CWE-78. The product constructs all or part of an OS command using externally-influenced input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special elements that could modify the intended OS command when it is sent to a downstream component. This is going to have an impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability. CVE summarizes:
JunoClaw is an agentic AI platform built on Juno Network. Prior to 0.x.y-security-1, substring-based blocklist in plugin-shell's command-safety check could be bypassed by adversarial argument constructions, allowing unauthorized command execution on the host when combined with the companion advisory. Pre-patch, the check was applied to the raw command string rather than the parsed first token. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.x.y-security-1.
The advisory is available at github.com. This vulnerability is traded as CVE-2026-43991 since 05/04/2026. The exploitability is told to be easy. Local access is required to approach this attack. The technical details are unknown and an exploit is not available. This vulnerability is assigned to T1202 by the MITRE ATT&CK project.
Upgrading to version v0.x.y-security-1 eliminates this vulnerability.
