A vulnerability was found in Edimax BR-6478AC 1.23 and classified as critical. This issue affects the function formiNICSiteSurvey of the file /goform/formiNICSiteSurvey of the component POST Request Handler. The manipulation of the argument selSSID with an unknown input leads to a buffer overflow vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-120.
