A vulnerability was found in OFFIS DCMTK 3.7.0 and classified as critical. This issue affects the function DcmQueryRetrieveIndexDatabaseHandle::deleteOldestImages of the file dcmqrdb/libsrc/dcmqrdbi.cc of the component dcmqrscp. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a heap-based overflow vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-122.
