A vulnerability, which was classified as critical, has been found in My Little Homepage My Little Forum up to 1.7 (Forum Software). This issue affects an unknown function of the file user.php. The manipulation of the argument id with an unknown input leads to a sql injection vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-89. SQL injection vulnerability in user.php in My Little Forum 1.7 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands via the id parameter.
The weakness was disclosed 05/25/2007 by Silent (Website). The advisory is shared at vupen.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2007-2942 since 05/30/2007. The exploitation is known to be easy. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation. Technical details as well as a public exploit are known. MITRE ATT&CK project uses the attack technique T1505 for this issue.
