Detailsinfo

A vulnerability has been found in Naxclow Smart Doorbell X3, X Smart Home, V720 and ix cam (affected version not known) and classified as critical. Affected by this vulnerability is some unknown functionality of the component Factory Reset Handler. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a no password aging vulnerability. The CWE definition for the vulnerability is CWE-262. The product does not have a mechanism in place for managing password aging. As an impact it is known to affect confidentiality, integrity, and availability. The summary by CVE is:

Naxclow devices use a server-side, per-device relay credential that never rotates and is re-issued to the device on each boot. Because this credential remains valid indefinitely and cannot be reset or revoked by the legitimate owner, any party that obtains it through any exposure path can maintain persistent access to the device’s relay channel. This enables long-term impersonation or interception, even after factory resets or re-onboarding.
