A vulnerability was found in guardian language-system (version now known). It has been rated as critical. This issue affects some unknown processing of the file translate_text.php of the component FROM File Handler. The manipulation of the argument id with an unknown input leads to a sql injection vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-89. The product constructs all or part of an SQL command using externally-influenced input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special elements that could modify the intended SQL command when it is sent to a downstream component. Guardian language-system passes the id GET parameter directly into an unsanitized SQL query in translate_text.php (line 15): SELECT id, filename, extension, type FROM files where id = '\".$_GET['id'].\"'. An authenticated attacker can perform error-based SQL injection to extract database contents.
