Detailsinfo

A vulnerability has been found in R-SOFT SERWIS DMS up to 3.19-2751 and classified as critical. Affected by this vulnerability is the function konwertujAction of the component Document Converter. The manipulation of the argument format with an unknown input leads to a os command injection vulnerability. The CWE definition for the vulnerability is CWE-78. The product constructs all or part of an OS command using externally-influenced input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special elements that could modify the intended OS command when it is sent to a downstream component. As an impact it is known to affect confidentiality, integrity, and availability. The summary by CVE is:

R-SOFT DMS is vulnerable to OS Command Injection in konwertujAction() function. The document converter executes shell commands using unsanitized file paths and format parameters. This allows an authenticated attacker to execute arbitrary system commands with the privileges of the web server user. This issue was fixed in version v3.19-2752 and v3.17-2580.
