A vulnerability classified as very critical has been found in IBM Lotus Notes up to 7.0.1 (Groupware Software). Affected is the function tagattributelistcopy in the library nnotes.dll of the component Copy Function. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a memory corruption vulnerability. Buffer overflow in the TagAttributeListCopy function in nnotes.dll in IBM Lotus Notes before 7.0.3 allows user-assisted remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a crafted HTML email, related to duplicate RTF conversion when the recipient operates on this email.
