A vulnerability was found in Ghlab Korean GHBoard (Forum Software) (the affected version unknown) and classified as problematic. This issue affects an unknown part of the file download.jsp. The manipulation of the argument name with an unknown input leads to a path traversal vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-22. Directory traversal vulnerability in component/flashupload/download.jsp in the FlashUpload component in Korean GHBoard allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files via a .. (dot dot) in the name parameter.

The weakness was disclosed 10/23/2007 (Website). The advisory is shared at securityreason.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2007-5739 since 10/30/2007.
