The bug was discovered 04/14/2009. The weakness was published 04/14/2009 by Greg MacManus with 0-day as MS09-013 as confirmed bulletin (Technet). The advisory is available at microsoft.com. This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2009-0086 since 01/08/2009. The attack may be launched remotely. No form of authentication is required for exploitation.
