Cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in BarracudaDrive Web Server before 3.8 allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via the URI path in an HTTP GET request, which is activated by administrators viewing log files via the Trace page.
The weakness was disclosed 12/11/2007 by Luigi Auriemma (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at securityfocus.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2007-6316 since 12/11/2007. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation. It demands that the victim is doing some kind of user interaction. Technical details are unknown but a public exploit is available.
