CVSS is a standardized scoring system to determine possibilities of attacks. The Temp Score considers temporal factors like disclosure, exploit and countermeasures. The unique Meta Score calculates the average score of different sources to provide a normalized scoring system.
Current Exploit Price (≈)
Our analysts are monitoring exploit markets and are in contact with vulnerability brokers. The range indicates the observed or calculated exploit price to be seen on exploit markets. A good indicator to understand the monetary effort required for and the popularity of an attack.
CTI Interest Score
Our Cyber Threat Intelligence team is monitoring different web sites, mailing lists, exploit markets and social media networks. The CTI Interest Score identifies the interest of attackers and the security community for this specific vulnerability in real-time. A high score indicates an elevated risk to be targeted for this vulnerability.

Detailsinfo

A vulnerability was found in PHP up to 8.2.33/8.3.34/8.4.25/8.5.10. It has been classified as problematic. This affects an unknown part of the component http stream wrapper. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a information disclosure vulnerability. CWE is classifying the issue as CWE-200. The product exposes sensitive information to an actor that is not explicitly authorized to have access to that information. This is going to have an impact on confidentiality. The summary by CVE is:

When the http:// stream wrapper follows a redirect it forwards the user-supplied Authorization, Cookie and Proxy-Authorization headers unchanged, even when the redirect target is a different host, a different port, or a downgrade from HTTPS to HTTP. A server that can steer a redirect therefore receives credentials that were only meant for the original origin. This is the same class of issue that libcurl fixed in 7.58.0 ( CVE-2018-1000007 https://github.com/advisories/GHSA-g7x2-hrfp-pv5f ).

The advisory is shared at github.com. This vulnerability is uniquely identified as CVE-2026-91766 since 09/15/2026. The exploitability is told to be easy. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. No form of authentication is needed for exploitation. Neither technical details nor an exploit are publicly available. The price for an exploit might be around USD $0-$5k at the moment (estimation calculated on 09/25/2026). MITRE ATT&CK project uses the attack technique T1592 for this issue.

Upgrading to version 8.2.34, 8.3.35, 8.4.26 or 8.5.11 eliminates this vulnerability.
