A vulnerability was found in RaspAP raspap-webgui up to 3.5.5. It has been rated as problematic. Affected by this issue is the function WiFiManager::writeWpaSupplicant of the file src/RaspAP/Networking/Hotspot/WiFiManager.php of the component SSID Processing. The manipulation of the argument ssid with an unknown input leads to a os command injection vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-78. The product constructs all or part of an OS command using externally-influenced input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special elements that could modify the intended OS command when it is sent to a downstream component. Impacted is confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
