CVSS Meta Temp Score
CVSS is a standardized scoring system to determine possibilities of attacks. The Temp Score considers temporal factors like disclosure, exploit and countermeasures. The unique Meta Score calculates the average score of different sources to provide a normalized scoring system.
Current Exploit Price (≈)
Our analysts are monitoring exploit markets and are in contact with vulnerability brokers. The range indicates the observed or calculated exploit price to be seen on exploit markets. A good indicator to understand the monetary effort required for and the popularity of an attack.
CTI Interest Score
Our Cyber Threat Intelligence team is monitoring different web sites, mailing lists, exploit markets and social media networks. The CTI Interest Score identifies the interest of attackers and the security community for this specific vulnerability in real-time. A high score indicates an elevated risk to be targeted for this vulnerability.

Summaryinfo

A vulnerability labeled as problematic has been found in docling-project Docling up to 2.130.x. Impacted is the function StandardPdfPipeline._make_ocr_model of the file docling/models/stages/ocr/kserve_v2_ocr_model.py of the component OCR Processing. Executing a manipulation of the argument pipeline_options.enable_remote_services can lead to server-side request forgery. This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2026-105746. The attack can be executed remotely. There is not any exploit available. The affected component should be upgraded.

Detailsinfo

A vulnerability was found in docling-project Docling up to 2.130.x. It has been declared as problematic. This vulnerability affects the function StandardPdfPipeline._make_ocr_model of the file docling/models/stages/ocr/kserve_v2_ocr_model.py of the component OCR Processing. The manipulation of the argument pipeline_options.enable_remote_services with an unknown input leads to a server-side request forgery vulnerability. The CWE definition for the vulnerability is CWE-918. The web server receives a URL or similar request from an upstream component and retrieves the contents of this URL, but it does not sufficiently ensure that the request is being sent to the expected destination. As an impact it is known to affect confidentiality. CVE summarizes:

Docling simplifies document processing by parsing diverse formats and providing integrations with the generative AI ecosystem. From 2.83.0 until 2.131.0, the KServeV2OcrModel class defined in docling/models/stages/ocr/kserve_v2_ocr_model.py sends page images to its configured endpoint without checking the pipeline_options.enable_remote_services setting, even when the caller sets that policy control to false. The StandardPdfPipeline._make_ocr_model method also fails to pass the flag into the OCR factory, allowing remote OCR processing in configurations that rely on remote services being disabled. The destination is configured by the caller rather than selected by an attacker. This issue is fixed in 2.131.0.

The advisory is shared for download at github.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2026-105746 since 10/05/2026. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be initiated remotely. The exploitation needs additional levels of successful authentication. There are known technical details, but no exploit is available.

Upgrading to version 2.131.0 eliminates this vulnerability.
