A vulnerability, which was classified as problematic, was found in banq Jivejdon (affected version not known). This affects the function SmsQQAction of the file newAccount.jsp of the component SMS Sending. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a allocation of resources vulnerability. Jivejdon from commit e0306088 through commit ee67a65e lacks rate limiting on the unauthenticated /account/smsVRAction endpoint handled by SmsQQAction, allowing unlimited SMS sending. Attackers can load newAccount.jsp to set session attributes, then repeatedly call the endpoint to harass arbitrary phone numbers and exhaust the operator's Tencent Cloud SMS balance.
The advisory is shared at github.com. This vulnerability is uniquely identified as CVE-2026-107830 since 10/08/2026. The exploitability is told to be easy.
