A vulnerability, which was classified as critical, has been found in danielbrendel HortusFox Web up to 6.1. Affected by this issue is the function PlantsModel::getSpecificInfo of the file /api/locations/list of the component SQL Query Construction. The manipulation of the argument include_info with an unknown input leads to a sql injection vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-89. The product constructs all or part of an SQL command using externally-influenced input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special elements that could modify the intended SQL command when it is sent to a downstream component. HortusFox (hortusfox-web) before 6.2 contains an SQL injection vulnerability that allows API token holders to inject SQL by supplying crafted include_info values to the /api/locations/list endpoint. Attackers can place subqueries in include_info, which PlantsModel::getSpecificInfo() concatenates into the column list, to read any database table including user password hashes.
