Details
A vulnerability classified as problematic has been found in Thelia up to 2.6.0. This affects some unknown processing of the component Address Creation Workflow. The manipulation of the argument next with an unknown input leads to a redirect vulnerability. CWE is classifying the issue as CWE-601. A web application accepts a user-controlled input that specifies a link to an external site, and uses that link in a Redirect. This simplifies phishing attacks. This is going to have an impact on integrity. The summary by CVE is:
Thelia v2.6.0 contains an open redirect vulnerability in its address creation workflow. After a user accesses a crafted URL and successfully submits the “Add New Address” form, the application redirects them to the URL specified in the `next` parameter. Because the application does not validate whether the destination belongs to the same origin or an approved allowlist, an attacker can supply an arbitrary external URL and redirect users to an attacker-controlled website.
