Details
A vulnerability classified as problematic has been found in Siemens Ruggedcom Crossbow up to 5.x. This affects an unknown functionality. The manipulation of the argument Name/Value with an unknown input leads to a sql injection vulnerability. CWE is classifying the issue as CWE-89. The product constructs all or part of an SQL command using externally-influenced input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special elements that could modify the intended SQL command when it is sent to a downstream component. This is going to have an impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability. The summary by CVE is:
A vulnerability has been identified in RUGGEDCOM CROSSBOW (All versions < V6.0). Affected devices do not properly validate or sanitize input in the Name and Value fields for custom file labels.
