A vulnerability was found in TallSoft Quick TFTP Server Pro 2.1 (File Transfer Software). It has been declared as critical. This vulnerability affects an unknown code. Stack-based buffer overflow in TallSoft Quick TFTP Server Pro 2.1 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service or execute arbitrary code via a long mode field in a read or write request.

The weakness was shared 04/01/2008 by Mati Aharoni (Website). The advisory is available at milw0rm.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2008-1610 since 04/01/2008.
