Details
A vulnerability was found in ntbyk JTL-Connector for WooCommerce Plugin up to 2.4.3. It has been rated as critical. Affected by this issue is the function ProductController::push of the component Identity Endpoint. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a sql injection vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-89. The product constructs all or part of an SQL command using externally-influenced input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special elements that could modify the intended SQL command when it is sent to a downstream component. Impacted is confidentiality, integrity, and availability. CVE summarizes:
The JTL-Connector for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to time-based SQL Injection via 'product.push' Identity Endpoint in all versions up to, and including, 2.4.3 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. The injection fires during identity linking, before ProductController::push() executes, meaning exploitation succeeds even if downstream product handling would otherwise reject the request.
The advisory is shared for download at wordfence.com. This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2026-78193 since 08/23/2026. The exploitation is known to be easy. The attack may be launched remotely.
