CVSS Meta Temp Score
CVSS is a standardized scoring system to determine possibilities of attacks. The Temp Score considers temporal factors like disclosure, exploit and countermeasures. The unique Meta Score calculates the average score of different sources to provide a normalized scoring system.
Current Exploit Price (≈)
Our analysts are monitoring exploit markets and are in contact with vulnerability brokers. The range indicates the observed or calculated exploit price to be seen on exploit markets. A good indicator to understand the monetary effort required for and the popularity of an attack.
CTI Interest Score
Our Cyber Threat Intelligence team is monitoring different web sites, mailing lists, exploit markets and social media networks. The CTI Interest Score identifies the interest of attackers and the security community for this specific vulnerability in real-time. A high score indicates an elevated risk to be targeted for this vulnerability.

Detailsinfo

A vulnerability was found in YosemiteCrew Yosemite-Crew (the affected version is unknown). It has been classified as critical. This affects the function ServiceModel.findById of the file apps/backend/src/services/service.service.ts of the component Service. The manipulation of the argument oid with an unknown input leads to a privileges management vulnerability. CWE is classifying the issue as CWE-269. The product does not properly assign, modify, track, or check privileges for an actor, creating an unintended sphere of control for that actor. This is going to have an impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability. The summary by CVE is:

YosemiteCrew provides organization-based service and task management. In the source-reported affected main and dev snapshots, YosemiteCrew's service and PMS task-library/template routes omit organization and permission checks. `authorizeCognito` in `apps/backend/src/middlewares/auth.ts` sets the authenticated user's ID but does not provide the `withOrgPermissions()` and `requirePermission(...)` checks used by protected siblings. In `apps/backend/src/routers/service.router.ts`, `PATCH /fhir/v1/service/:id` and `DELETE /fhir/v1/service/:id` are authentication-only, while `GET /fhir/v1/service/:id` has no authentication middleware. The trace through `apps/backend/src/controllers/web/service.controller.ts` to `apps/backend/src/services/service.service.ts` passes a global record ID into `ServiceModel.findById(oid)` without an `organisationId` filter. In `apps/backend/src/routers/task.router.ts`, `PUT /v1/task/pms/library/:libraryId`, `POST /v1/task/pms/templates`, `PATCH /v1/task/pms/templates/:templateId` and `DELETE /v1/task/pms/templates/:templateId` likewise lack organization/role enforcement. Any registered platform user, including a patient/companion-app account, can modify or delete another organization's service catalogue and PMS task-library/template data, affecting bookings and billing; service records can additionally be read without authentication. An earlier security change protected create routes but left these sibling operations exposed. A fixed release cannot be established from the available evidence.

It is possible to read the advisory at github.com. This vulnerability is uniquely identified as CVE-2026-59979 since 07/07/2026. The exploitability is told to be easy. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. Technical details of the vulnerability are known, but there is no available exploit.
