CVSS Meta Temp Score
CVSS is a standardized scoring system to determine possibilities of attacks. The Temp Score considers temporal factors like disclosure, exploit and countermeasures. The unique Meta Score calculates the average score of different sources to provide a normalized scoring system.
Current Exploit Price (≈)
Our analysts are monitoring exploit markets and are in contact with vulnerability brokers. The range indicates the observed or calculated exploit price to be seen on exploit markets. A good indicator to understand the monetary effort required for and the popularity of an attack.
CTI Interest Score
Our Cyber Threat Intelligence team is monitoring different web sites, mailing lists, exploit markets and social media networks. The CTI Interest Score identifies the interest of attackers and the security community for this specific vulnerability in real-time. A high score indicates an elevated risk to be targeted for this vulnerability.

Detailsinfo

A vulnerability classified as critical has been found in n8n-io n8n up to 1.123.84/2.43.4/2.44.0. This affects some unknown functionality of the component Microsoft Outlook Contact Lookup Node/Microsoft SharePoint Item Update Node. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a sql injection vulnerability. CWE is classifying the issue as CWE-89. The product constructs all or part of an SQL command using externally-influenced input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special elements that could modify the intended SQL command when it is sent to a downstream component. This is going to have an impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability. The summary by CVE is:

n8n before 1.123.85, 2.x before 2.43.5, and 2.44.x before 2.44.1 contains an OData $filter injection vulnerability in the Microsoft Outlook contact lookup and Microsoft SharePoint v1 item update nodes, which build $filter string literals from expression-bindable parameters without escaping. Attackers who supply untrusted input to such workflows can inject single quotes to dump the bound mailbox's entire contact list or redirect SharePoint writes onto unintended list items within the stored credential's scope.

The advisory is shared at github.com. This vulnerability is uniquely identified as CVE-2026-118641 since 10/28/2026. The exploitability is told to be easy. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. No form of authentication is needed for exploitation. Neither technical details nor an exploit are publicly available. MITRE ATT&CK project uses the attack technique T1505 for this issue.
