Details
A vulnerability has been found in SuiteCRM up to 7.15.1/8.10.1 and classified as critical. This vulnerability affects some unknown functionality of the component AOR Report Generation. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a sql injection vulnerability. The CWE definition for the vulnerability is CWE-89. The product constructs all or part of an SQL command using externally-influenced input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special elements that could modify the intended SQL command when it is sent to a downstream component. As an impact it is known to affect confidentiality, integrity, and availability. CVE summarizes:
SuiteCRM is an open-source, enterprise-ready Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software application. Prior to 7.15.2 and 8.10.2, AOR report generation reloads the value stored in aor_fields.field and concatenates it into report SQL without strict field validation. An authenticated user able to configure reports can inject SQL through that stored field value and disclose database contents. This issue is fixed in versions 7.15.2 and 8.10.2.
The advisory is shared for download at github.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2026-69145 since 08/03/2026. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be initiated remotely. There are neither technical details nor an exploit publicly available. The MITRE ATT&CK project declares the attack technique as T1505.
Upgrading to version 7.15.2 or 8.10.2 eliminates this vulnerability.
