The bug was discovered 07/04/2008. The weakness was published 07/11/2008 by Karol Wiesek (Website). The advisory is shared for download at xforce.iss.net. This vulnerability was named CVE-2008-3156 since 07/11/2008. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation.
