A vulnerability was found in Gelatocms 0.95 and classified as problematic. This issue affects an unknown code. The manipulation of the argument img with an unknown input leads to a path traversal vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-22. The product uses external input to construct a pathname that is intended to identify a file or directory that is located underneath a restricted parent directory, but the product does not properly neutralize special elements within the pathname that can cause the pathname to resolve to a location that is outside of the restricted directory. Directory traversal vulnerability in classes/imgsize.php in Gelato 0.95 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files via (1) a .. (dot dot) and possibly (2) a full pathname in the img parameter. NOTE: some of these details are obtained from third party information.
