A vulnerability was found in Invision Power Services IP.Board 2.3 (Forum Software) and classified as critical. Affected by this issue is an unknown function of the file xmlout.php. The manipulation of the argument name with an unknown input leads to a sql injection vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-89. SQL injection vulnerability in xmlout.php in Invision Power Board (IP.Board or IPB) 2.2.x and 2.3.x allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands via the name parameter.
