A vulnerability classified as critical was found in NetCat up to 3.12. This vulnerability affects an unknown code of the file password_recovery.php. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a sql injection vulnerability. The CWE definition for the vulnerability is CWE-89. SQL injection vulnerability in modules/auth/password_recovery.php in AIST NetCat 3.12 and earlier, when magic_quotes_gpc is disabled, allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands via the query string.
