Cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in profile.php in PHPAuctions (aka PHPAuctionSystem) allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via the user_id parameter.
The weakness was presented 01/05/2009 (Website). The advisory is shared at milw0rm.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2009-0107 since 01/09/2009. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation. It demands that the victim is doing some kind of user interaction.
