The advisory is shared for download at vupen.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2008-5451 since 12/11/2008. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be initiated remotely. The successful exploitation requires a single authentication. Technical details are unknown but a public exploit is available. The MITRE ATT&CK project declares the attack technique as T1592.
A public exploit has been developed in Python. It is possible to download the exploit at securityfocus.com. It is declared as proof-of-concept. The commercial vulnerability scanner Qualys is able to test this issue with plugin 19267 (Oracle January 2009 Security Update Multiple Vulnerabilities).
