listing.php in WebSVN 2.0 and possibly 1.7 beta, when using an SVN authz file, allows remote authenticated users to read changelogs or diffs for restricted projects via a modified repname parameter.
The bug was discovered 01/18/2009. The weakness was released 01/20/2009 by Florian Weimer (Website). The advisory is shared for download at xforce.iss.net. This vulnerability was named CVE-2009-0240 since 01/20/2009. The attack can be initiated remotely. The successful exploitation requires a single authentication.
