A vulnerability has been found in Surat Kabar phpWebNews 0.1/0.2 and classified as critical. This vulnerability affects an unknown code of the file bukutamu.php of the component MySQL. SQL injection vulnerability in bukutamu.php in phpWebNews 0.2 MySQL Edition allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands via the det parameter.
The weakness was disclosed 05/22/2009 by Security Team (Website). The advisory is available at milw0rm.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2008-6812 since 05/21/2009. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation. Technical details and also a public exploit are known.
