Details
A vulnerability was found in DokuWiki 2009-02-14/Rc2009-01-30/Rc2009-02-06 (Content Management System) and classified as critical. This issue affects an unknown function. The manipulation of the argument config_cascade[main][default][] with an unknown input leads to a code injection vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-94. The product constructs all or part of a code segment using externally-influenced input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special elements that could modify the syntax or behavior of the intended code segment. Impacted is confidentiality, integrity, and availability. The summary by CVE is:
inc/init.php in DokuWiki 2009-02-14, rc2009-02-06, and rc2009-01-30, when register_globals is enabled, allows remote attackers to include and execute arbitrary local files via the config_cascade[main][default][] parameter to doku.php. NOTE: PHP remote file inclusion is also possible in PHP 5 using ftp:// URLs.
