As an impact it is known to affect confidentiality, and integrity. CVE summarizes:

** DISPUTED ** Cross-site request forgery (CSRF) vulnerability in Drupal 7.12 and earlier allows remote attackers to hijack the authentication of arbitrary users for requests that end a session via the user/logout URI. NOTE: the vendor disputes the significance of this issue, by considering the "security benefit against platform complexity and performance impact" and concluding that a change to the logout behavior is not planned because "for most sites it is not worth the trade-off."

The weakness was presented 03/02/2012 by Ivano Binetti (Website). The advisory is available at ivanobinetti.blogspot.com. The vendor was not involved in the coordination of the public release. This vulnerability was named CVE-2007-6752 since 03/27/2012. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation. Successful exploitation requires user interaction by the victim. Technical details are unknown but a public exploit is available.

A public exploit has been developed by Ivano Binetti in HTML and been published immediately after the advisory. It is possible to download the exploit at exploit-db.com. It is declared as proof-of-concept. The real existence of this vulnerability is still doubted at the moment.
