A vulnerability classified as problematic has been found in Allisclear Clear Content 1.1. Affected is some unknown functionality of the file image.php. The manipulation of the argument url with an unknown input leads to a path traversal vulnerability. CWE is classifying the issue as CWE-22. The product uses external input to construct a pathname that is intended to identify a file or directory that is located underneath a restricted parent directory, but the product does not properly neutralize special elements within the pathname that can cause the pathname to resolve to a location that is outside of the restricted directory. Directory traversal vulnerability in image.php in Clear Content 1.1 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files via a .. (dot dot) in the url parameter. NOTE: the researcher also suggests an analogous PHP remote file inclusion vulnerability, but this may be incorrect.
