A vulnerability was found in AlienVault Open Source Security Information Management up to 2.1.x (Information Management Software). It has been declared as critical. This vulnerability affects an unknown code of the file repository/repository_attachment.php. The manipulation of the argument id_document with an unknown input leads to a sql injection vulnerability. SQL injection vulnerability in repository/repository_attachment.php in AlienVault Open Source Security Information Management (OSSIM) 2.1.5, and possibly other versions before 2.1.5-4, allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands via the id_document parameter.
The weakness was shared 12/16/2009 (Website). The advisory is shared for download at osvdb.org. This vulnerability was named CVE-2009-4375 since 12/21/2009. The exploitation appears to be easy.
