WebKit in Apple Safari before 4.0.5 does not properly validate the cross-origin loading of stylesheets, which allows remote attackers to obtain sensitive information via a crafted HTML document. NOTE: this might overlap CVE-2010-0651.
The weakness was released 03/11/2010 by Robert Swiecki with Apple (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at securityfocus.com. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2010-0051. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploitation doesn't need any form of authentication. The technical details are unknown and an exploit is not publicly available.
