A vulnerability was found in Uiga Business Portal (version now known). It has been rated as problematic. This issue affects some unknown processing of the file blog/index.php. Cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in blog/index.php in Uiga Business Portal allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via the textcomment parameter (aka the Comment Box) in a noentryid action. NOTE: some of these details are obtained from third party information.
The weakness was shared 02/08/2010 (Website). The advisory is shared at vupen.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2010-1048 since 03/22/2010. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation. It demands that the victim is doing some kind of user interaction. Technical details as well as a public exploit are known. MITRE ATT&CK project uses the attack technique T1059.007 for this issue.
