A vulnerability was found in Redcomponent Com Redtwitter 1.0b11 (Social Network Software). It has been declared as critical. Affected by this vulnerability is some unknown processing of the file index.php. The manipulation of the argument view with an unknown input leads to a path traversal vulnerability. The weakness was shared 04/04/2010 by NoGe (Website). The advisory is shared at xforce.iss.net. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2010-1983. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploitation doesn't need any form of authentication. Technical details and also a public exploit are known.
